We accept returns on new, unopened Figaro Apothecary skincare products. Simply return the item with a print out of your order information included within 10 days of receiving. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds (if applicable)

Your return will be received and inspected. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit reflecting the full purchase amount of the returned item(s) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping on all orders is free with purchase. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and transit time from 7-10 days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your order, please contact us and reference your order number.

At this moment we do not ship internationally. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Territories, please contact us for a quote. In many cases, we can offer flat rate shipping. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
