    Figaro Apothecary differentiates itself through pure ingredients, botanical technology, and cannabinoid science. We are dedicated to finding and using the finest ingredients, making sure that none of our formulations are produced with harmful or questionable methods, and giving back and supporting like-minded businesses that share our values of being responsible to ourselves, each other, and the planet.

  • What sort of benefits can someone expect from using Figaro Apothecary skincare?

    When using Figaro Apothecary skincare one can expect a range of benefits, such as increased skin hydration, improved stress resistance, inflammation control, reduced fine lines, and softer, rejuvenated skin. These results are due to our formulations’ unique and synergistic combinations of potent organic botanicals.

  • Does the product line work for sensitive skin? And why?

    Figaro Apothecary products are very carefully formulated so that they don’t contain hazardous additives and are suitable for all skin types. If you have any specific allergies, we suggest reviewing our ingredient glossary to help select products that are the most suitable for you. If you have sensitive skin, our suggestion would be introducing our Cannacomplex™ Nourishing Face Serum and Agave Stem Cell Moisturizer into your daily routine to deeply nourish your skin and reduce inflammation.

  • What does CBD provide in terms of benefits?

    Cannabidiol (CBD) hemp extract and cannabigerol (CBG) hemp extract are naturally occurring compounds in hemp plants. Both our CBD and CBG come from the same organic farm and are produced using clean CO2 extraction which creates these concentrated oils that can be used in skincare products (such as our Relief Balme and Cannacomplex™ Nourishing Face Serum). They are considered safe and non-psychoactive, and they offer a range of benefits that can help improve the overall health and appearance of the skin. These benefits include anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and moisturizing properties. While CBD is more well-known, CBG is a minor cannabinoid found in smaller concentrations. CBG has shown promise in reducing inflammation and calming the skin, making it an effective ingredient for reducing redness and soothing irritated skin. CBD, on the other hand, has a wider range of potential benefits such as improving skin hydration and reducing signs of aging. Both the CBD and CBG used in our Figaro Apothecary products come from hemp plants that are sustainably grown, non-toxic, organic, and without pesticides.   • In what order should I apply my face products?

    We suggest starting your routine with our Agave Ferment + Fruit Extract Cleanser. After cleansing, we recommend applying the products in the following order: Active Renewal Face Treatment, Cannacomplex™ Nourishing Face Serum, Agave Stem Cell Moisturizer, and Regenerative Botanical Eye Lift. Don’t forget to nourish the rest of your body as well with our Sheer Botanical Body Oil and Relief Balme!

  • Do any of your products contain sunscreen?

    None of our products currently contain sunscreen. We recommend applying sunscreen as the last step in your daily skincare routine.

  • Are Figaro Apothecary’s ingredients organic? Are the products clean?

    Figaro Apothecary is committed to using clean, responsibly sourced ingredients. Over 70% of our ingredients are certified organic, and we prioritize avoiding harmful or questionable methods in our production process, as we are incredibly dedicated to product purity. There are certain synthetic ingredients that we use in our products that are non-harmful but can’t be certified as “organic” due to their synthetic nature. Thus, while some of our ingredients aren’t certified organic, we are very proud to say that our ingredients are clean and responsibly sourced. 

  • What is the shelf life of Figaro Apothecary’s products?

    Our products are good for 12 months after opening.

  • Are Figaro Apothecary skincare products vegan or cruelty free?

    At Figaro Apothecary we are proud to say that all of our products are vegan and cruelty free. More specifically, all of our ingredients are vegan except for beeswax, which is only found in our Relief Balme and is organic, free of pesticides and is produced by ethically-raised bees.

  • Are Figaro Apothecary products nut free?

    Almond oil is one of the hydrating ingredients in our Sheer Botanical Body Oil, which is our only product containing almond . Otherwise, there are no other tree nuts in our body oil or in any of our other products.

  • Is Figaro Apothecary recyclable?

    Figaro Apothecary places importance on sustainability, with most of our products packaged in reusable and 100% recyclable glass containers. We also collaborate with manufacturers that prioritize minimizing environmental impact and promoting sustainable printing practices.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and transit time from 7-10 days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your order, please contact us and reference your order number.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping on all orders is free with purchase.

  • Where do you ship?

    Currently we ship in the continental United States.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At this moment we do not ship internationally. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Territories, please contact us for a quote. In many cases, we can offer flat rate shipping. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • How can I check on my order?

    You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your order, please contact us and reference your order number.

  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns on new, unopened Figaro Apothecary skincare products. Simply return the item with a print out of your order information included within 10 days of receiving. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. 

    Your return will be received and inspected. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit reflecting the full purchase amount of the returned item(s) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
